Jellyfish have drifted along on ocean currents for millions of years, even before dinosaurs lived on the Earth. They are abundant in all the oceans of the world, whether warm or cold waters. Jelly fish have a very simple body where food comes in and waste goes out. They have survived since prehistoric times to the present day, without changing the very nature of what they are.
Like the Jellyfish, COTEEL is designed to continue in existence for a very long time. To do so, COTEEL has instituted foundational principles and procedures in quality, health, safety and environment, which will allow the Company to remain flexible, adapting to change and a changing external environment, without altering the very core of who we are. COTEEL operates with a very simple but efficient organisation structure. Local and International Health Safety and Environmental Certification allows us, like the Jellyfish to exist and operate internationally. It is with this mindset that COTEEL has adopted the Jellyfish as its QHSE icon.
